When evaluating a new opportunity, company size is one of the fastest ways to assess fit - whether you're sourcing startups or curating a list of potential customers for your portfolio companies. But that information often lives in different places depending on your workflow: internal notes, LinkedIn, or pitch decks.
That context is critical - but if your team has to toggle between systems to find it, momentum slows and signals get missed.
This is why we've introduced a new LinkedIn Headcount column - giving you the employee headcount as listed on a company's LinkedIn page refreshed monthly and available across the Affinity platform.
Size up companies at a glance
Whether you're researching a new company, managing a deal through a pipeline, monitoring the momentum of a portfolio company, or running analysis - LinkedIn headcount helps you move faster with a consistent signal for scale.
You'll be able to add this new enriched field across:
- Lists (Sheets and Kanban)
- Company and opportunity profiles
- Affinity Pathfinder
- Affinity Mobile
- Affinity Analytics
- API, and,
- CSV exports
The LinkedIn headcount joins our enriched data signals in Affinity that help your team qualify opportunities faster and stay ahead of market shifts. From headcount growth rates quarter over quarter to important leadership hires and departures, these fields work together to give you a clear view of a company's scale and maturity all in one place.
To add enriched columns like LinkedIn headcount to your views, open any list, click the column picker in the top right, and search for LinkedIn Headcount. LinkedIn headcount is available in all Affinity tiers.
