Centralize visual materials where you manage your deals
You can now add images directly to your Notes in Affinity, making it easier to keep all your deal information—including visual materials—in one place. Whether it's a screenshot from a pitch deck, a financial performance chart, or a product roadmap, you can now capture and reference these materials right alongside your meeting notes and deal context.
Why visual context matters
When you’re evaluating deals, visual materials like pitch decks and roadmaps often contain the critical information that influences your decisions. But when these materials are scattered across email attachments, shared drives, and desktop folders, it’s hard to find what you need.
Now you can add images directly to your Notes in Affinity. When you’re on an intro call and want to capture a key slide, or conducting due diligence and need to reference financial charts, you can add those materials right where you need them.
Add your first image
The ability to add images to Notes is now available to all Affinity customers everywhere they access Affinity, including the web app, iOS app, and extensions. Simply open any note and start adding images via drag and drop, copy/paste, or direct upload.
Supported formats include JPEG, JPG, and PNG (max 5MB per image). You can add images when creating new Notes or editing existing ones.
