We know that creating more seamless processes and optimizing team performance are always top of mind, especially as firms add new technologies to their tech stack. With that in mind, we’re excited to launch our integration with Microsoft Teams

One of our most important jobs at Affinity is to make our users’ relationship data management easy. That includes logging emails, calls, and meetings automatically in a CRM that teams can rely on. Another important step in that automation process is to integrate our CRM functionality with the platforms and tools that firms already use in their workflows.

Microsoft Teams joins our existing Slack integration to help more companies lean on their existing, internal communication channels to streamline their deal flow and relationship management. Users can now set up the integration to receive updates about important changes to accounts directly in Microsoft Teams.

One of the most powerful use cases includes notifications for status changes on designated Affinity lists. This ensures your entire team is able to keep an eye on deals moving through your pipeline. When your next high-value deal moves to “Closed Won,” your entire team can celebrate together right away. Don't forget to dive even deeper with your Affinity Analytics dashboards.

The integration can also push newly logged notes from specific people, organizations, or lists directly into Microsoft Teams. This means that everyone on the team has context when it comes to maintaining your most valuable relationships. The next time you have a call with an important lead, you can immediately send a note from the conversation from Affinity for your team to read.

Your growing tech stack should work together, and your CRM lives at the center of your relationship and deal management. We look forward to sharing more of our upcoming product integrations with you in the coming months.
