Affinity named in Fortune 2021 Best Workplaces in the Bay Area

By Dyllan Thweatt

While Affinity continues to shape and perfect our distributed team’s experience, we want to take the time to thank our dedicated colleagues who have made Affinity an incredible place to work. We had a remarkable 2020 – exceeding our revenue targets, launching new products – but our most important goal remained investing in our culture to make it easy for everyone to do their best work. We felt pretty good about hitting those goals, and thanks to Fortune, we have a way to share our team’s amazing strides with the world!

In October 2020, after shifting toward a remote-centric work experience, we earned our place on Fortune’s Best Small & Medium Workplaces list! Today, we’re excited to share that we’ve also carved out a spot on Fortune 2021 Best Places to Work in the Bay Area list!

Celebrating our team and their successes is an essential part of Affinity’s culture. As we continue on toward new milestones in 2021, we also want to take a moment to appreciate our teams for bringing our company values to the table every day.

We had an incredible 2020 – exceeding our revenue targets, launching new products – but our most important goal remained investing in our culture to make it easy for everyone to do their best work.

Being ranked as one of the best places to work stems from every employee at Affinity prioritizing our core values. We are playmakers. We care personally for each other. We remain radically open-minded and value each others ideas.

All of these ideas culminate in creating an atmosphere of support that drives us forward together. Growing through 2021 will necessitate expanding our teams and finding new, exciting ways to remain together in a remote world.

Ranking alongside companies like Asana and NerdWallet challenges us to set even more ambitious goals and make Affinity an even better place to work in the months and years ahead.

Thank you again to Fortune and Great Place to Work for the recognition of our hard work, and we look forward to topping your next list!
