Affinity Product Update: August Edition

Last month we revamped profiles and we are fine tuning based on your feedback. We also launched new forecasting reports and an Affinity Email Bot.

Feature Improvement: New Profiles

Now, person, company, and opportunity profiles are less cluttered and easier to use. When you visit a profile you can quickly understand next steps and the most important context at-a-glance.

New Feature: Forecasting Reports

Similar to our Performance report, you can see the count and value of the deals that you close. Now you can also forecast into the future to see how many deals you can expect to close over a given month or quarter based on the status that each deal is in.

New Feature: Affinity Email Bot

You can add people, organizations, and opportunities to your lists without logging into Affinity. Now you can simply send an email to your list's special email address to add a deal to that list. You can also add notes to people, organizations, and opportunities via email.

Affinity's importing webinar covers how to import data into Affinity from a CSV file. If you are coming from another CRM, or have a lot of historical data stored in Excel, this is a great webinar to attend.
